Navigate to Personal Info > My Personal data to consult your personal data. Eventually competition results are fake. They are just for test purposes.

• Competitors will find their group(s) and places in the competition hall.
• Check your events and excursions!
  People who represent their country in the flag parade at the opening ceremony will find this under Events. Please be seated in the front rows of the auditorium on the seat reserved for your country. You will be invited to greet the audience for max. 30 seconds in your own mother language.
• Some people will find invitations to events like the visit to the parliament, the IPRS cocktail and the council dinner. In case you cannot participate at one of these events, please mail at congress administration.
• Finally you find financial information on what is paid. It might be that the amount we received is lower than the amount you transferred, because of costs and taxes. In that case you will be invited to pay the difference in cash euro at our cashier. Other people will be refunded money at the cashier desk.

Badge and event tickets needed!

At arrival you can collect your congress documents at the reception desk. For access to the opening ceremony and welcome cocktail you definitely need your badge. For all other events and excursions you need the correct ticket and your ID-card, especially for the excursion to Auschwitz-Birkenau.

You find the opening hours of the reception desk in the congress program. In the weekend the reception desk is open from 17.30 to 20.30 on Friday 12th July and from 07.30/08.00 until 16.00 on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July.

Competitors information

As chairs and tables have a fixed height, please provide you with a pillow, books or other material to adjust the height you sit.
